The front end of the vehicle is dominated by a large, imposing grille that not only provides excellent ventilation for the engine but also adds to the truck's imposing appearance. ● CB10/40 fire pump

As one of the core components of this fire truck, the CB10/40 fire pump has excellent performance and reliability. Its main features include:

·Flow and pressure: The pump is designed to provide a stable water flow, with a maximum flow of 40L/s (or 144m³/h) and sufficient pressure under certain working conditions to ensure that the water flow can be transported over long distances and effectively extinguish fires.

·Structure and design: The CB10/40 fire pump is made of high-strength cast aluminum alloy, with the characteristics of light weight and compact structure. Its impeller structure is semi-open, the pump shaft is side-vertical, and it adopts a single-suction suction method to ensure smooth water flow and stable operation of the pump body.

·Performance and function: The pump consists of a single-stage centrifugal pump group, a speed increaser (bearing box), a piston vacuum pump, an electromagnetic clutch and a check valve. The speed increaser uses a first-stage gear speed increaser and water circulation cooling, which is reliable and easy to maintain. The pump body is also equipped with a carbide mechanical seal to effectively prevent leakage and ensure that the pump body can still work stably for a long time in harsh environments.

·Structure and material: The water cannon is made of stainless steel or corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, and the cannon body is sturdy and durable and has strong corrosion resistance. The cannon body is reasonably designed and consists of a base, a water inlet pipe, a slewing body, a water collecting pipe, a jet adjustment ring, a handle and a locking mechanism. It can realize horizontal rotation and elevation rotation, and has a positioning function.

·Function and adjustment: The PS40W fire water cannon has a wide range of operating pressures, and the working pressure can be adjusted according to actual needs. Its jet can achieve stepless adjustment from direct current to 90° blooming and water mist jet to meet the needs of different firefighting scenarios. In addition, the water cannon also has an antifreeze function to ensure normal use in cold environments.

·Operation and maintenance: The water cannon is simple and fast to operate, and the switch is fast. During use, the integrity and operational flexibility of the cannon should be checked regularly, and loose fasteners should be repaired in time. After each use, clean water should be sprayed for a period of time to clean the residue in the cannon, and the water in the cannon should be drained to prevent freezing and cracking.

2.Water collector: The water collector is mainly used to collect water sources, such as water from natural water bodies such as rivers and lakes or fixed water sources such as fire hydrants, to provide a continuous water supply for fire trucks. It is designed with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the water source is sucked in and pressurized to the fire truck through a pump.

3.
