♦ Chassis system: Isuzu NPR off-road garbage compactor truck, equipped with Isuzu special engine 4HK1 model, 190 hp engine, gearbox (such as MLD 6-speed gearbox) and off-road drive system, supports National V/National VI emission standards. Chassis configuration includes air brake, ABS, original air conditioning, remote control key, to ensure driving stability and convenient operation.
♦ Garbage compartment: The compartment is made of high-strength materials, high-quality carbon steel such as Q345 manganese steel, and is formed by fully sealed welding. The volume ranges from 4 cubic meters to 20 cubic meters. The compartment design includes an arc structure, a two-way compactor push plate, a sewage tank (volume ≥ 200L) and an anti-leakage sealing device to effectively prevent secondary pollution.
♦ Hydraulic system
It consists of a fuel tank, an oil pump, a multi-way valve, a hydraulic cylinder, a pipeline, etc. The hydraulic pressure is usually set to 16Mpa, and the power is obtained from the engine through the power take-off to drive loading and unloading, compactor, lifting and other actions.
♦ Loading and unloading and compactor mechanism
Loading mechanism, rear flip bucket hanging mechanism can adapt to 240L or 660L standard trash cans, realize one-button automatic loading, and complete single garbage dumping within 15 seconds. Compactor mechanism, push shovel and scraper compress garbage in both directions, the compression ratio can reach 1:3, and the peristaltic compaction function controlled by PLC can increase the loading capacity.

Adopts electromechanical and hydraulic linkage control, supports electronic control in the cab, wireless remote control and manual operation. PLC programming realizes automated operation (such as automatic throttle control, cycle compactor), integrated operation, and improved efficiency.
