With a maximum sweeping width of 3,500 millimeters, it is capable of covering a vast area in a single pass, significantly reducing the time required for road maintenance.

The sweeper's maximum sweeping capacity stands at an impressive 60,000 cubic meters per hour, ensuring that it can handle even the heaviest debris loads with ease. The adjustable sweeping speed, ranging from 3 to 20 kilometers per hour, allows operators to tailor the cleaning process to suit different road conditions and traffic volumes.

Efficiency is further enhanced by the sweeper's ability to achieve a cleaning efficiency of at least 98%, ensuring that virtually no debris is left behind. The maximum particle intake capacity of 110 millimeters means that even larger pieces of litter can be effectively swept up and disposed.

◆ Sweeping system

The sweeper's sweeping system is powered by a combination of two brushes and one suction plate, all mounted at the rear and driven by hydraulic motors. These components are independently controllable and feature adjustable speeds, providing operators with unparalleled flexibility. The brushes, with a diameter of 850 millimeters, rotate at speeds of 110 revolutions per minute (high speed), 80 revolutions per minute (medium speed), and 50 revolutions per minute (low speed), allowing for precise adjustment based on the cleaning requirements.

The sweeping system also includes a tilt adjustment feature, allowing the brushes to be angled forward by 4° to 6° and outward by 4° to 7°, further enhancing their effectiveness in sweeping debris from various surfaces. Additionally, the sweeper's trash bin door can be opened to a maximum discharge angle of 50°, making it easier to empty and clean the bin.

High Pressure Water System and Low Pressure Water System

◆ High Pressure Water System

The Isuzu FVR 12-cubic-meter road sweeper is equipped with a high-pressure water system that boasts impressive technical specifications to ensure effective and efficient cleaning. The system pressure reaches 10 MPa, providing ample power to blast away stubborn dirt and debris. The rotation speed of the water pump is 1150 revolutions per minute, ensuring a consistent and powerful stream of water.

The water valve is a hydraulic high-pressure ball valve, capable of withstanding pressures up to 7 MPa. This valve ensures precise control over the water flow, allowing operators to adjust the water pressure and flow rate according to the cleaning task at hand. The nozzle type is a high-pressure washing nozzle, designed to maximize the impact and cleaning effect of the water jet.

To protect the water system from debris and impurities, a strainer mesh water filter is incorporated. This filter ensures that only clean water enters the system, preventing damage to the pump and nozzles. Additionally, a 20-meter winch is provided for easy and convenient handling of the water hose, allowing operators to reach areas that may be difficult to access.

Complementing the high-pressure water system, the Isuzu FVR 12-cubic-meter road sweeper also features a low-pressure water system for broader and more gentle cleaning tasks. The system is powered by a Hangzhou Weilong 60/90 pump, capable of delivering a flow rate of 60 cubic meters per hour. This allows for continuous and even water distribution over a large area.

The water delivery distance of the low-pressure system is 90 meters, ensuring that operators can effectively clean large stretches of road without needing to constantly move the sweeper. The washing width of 24 meters further enhances the system's efficiency, allowing for simultaneous cleaning of multiple lanes or wide roads.
