Production of 20 CBM fuel tanker truck ? ( Part 2- tanker body )

After the 3 days production of oil pump installation, today we finally put the fuel tanker truck frame and upper body on the beiben truck chassis.

1, Fuel tanker body arrangement.

It is supposed to pay great attention once mounting the fuel tanker body. in our plant, the worker need to strictly control the space of fuel tanker body .

2, Connection flow meter, welding ball valve and pipe.

All the connection parts that we used are all produced upon on module. The advantage is high reliability and excellent working performance.

3, Install the pipe system , PTO connection.

The fuel tanker truck pipe system is a little complicated. We need to connected the valve and pipe in terms of welding, and flow meter to valve with bolts. after the whole pipe system finish, we will start the air seal testing for the whole fuel tanker trucks.

This testing process will contiuna at least 3 hours , until the engineer confirm that piple system is fupply approved.
