How to use ISUZU compactor garbage truck correctly?
1. Power system management
——Euro VI emission maintenance
►The SCR system needs to regularly test the urea injection volume (it is recommended to check the injector atomization status every 5000km)
►Use special equipment to test the DPF carbon load every quarter, and the regeneration interval is recommended not to exceed 300 hours
►Strictly use National VI standard diesel (sulfur content <10ppm), and it is recommended to install a fuel prefilter
——Turbocharger system
►After cold start, idle preheating is required for 3 minutes (extended to 5 minutes when the ambient temperature is <10℃)
►Before stopping, keep low idle for 2 minutes to prevent the turbine bearing oil seal from coking
►Check the supercharger axial clearance every 2000km (standard value 0.03-0.08mm)
2. Hydraulic system operation
——Compactor cycle optimization
►Avoid more than 3 consecutive compactor operations (recommended interval > 2 minutes)
►Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature (normal range 35-75℃), and start auxiliary heat dissipation when overheating
►Preheat the hydraulic oil to above 20℃ before winter operation (equipped with electric heating device)
——Intelligent control system
►PLC program is strictly prohibited from being rewritten privately, and system upgrade requires manufacturer authorization
►When operating in manual mode, the push rod stroke should be advanced in stages (0-25%-50%-75% full stroke)
►Check the pressure sensor accuracy every week (calibration is required for error > 5%)
3. Structural safety control
——Tank strength monitoring
►Establish a weld fatigue crack inspection system (focus on inspection Rear head ring weld)
►Measure the roundness of the tank every quarter (allowable deviation ≤3‰ diameter)
►Corrosion rate exceeds 0.3mm/year, and the anti-corrosion coating needs to be updated
——Load distribution management
►The center of gravity of the load should be controlled within ±200mm of the tank geometric center
►When working in lateral tilt, the slope sensor should automatically lock the lifting function when it exceeds 15°
►Equipped with a weighing sensor linkage system, the compression process is automatically cut off when overloaded by 10%
4. Response to special working conditions
——Low temperature environment (below -20℃)
►Replace the hydraulic oil with HVLP46 low temperature type (pour point -45℃)
►Install an engine intake preheating device
►The battery capacity needs to be increased to more than 200Ah
——Mountain road
►Forced activation of the retarder when going downhill (combined with engine braking)
►The transfer case oil temperature monitoring threshold is lowered to 90℃
►Added a lateral stabilizer bar to the suspension system (warning when the roll angle is >5°)
5. Strengthening the maintenance cycle
——Deep maintenance nodes
►Every 600 hours: Check the crankshaft axial clearance (limit value 0.3mm)
►Every 1200 hours: Forced replacement of hyperbolic gear oil in the gearbox
►Every 2400 hours: Full flushing of the hydraulic system (NAS cleanliness reaches level 8)
►It is recommended to establish a predictive maintenance system based on CAN bus data, and achieve a fault warning accuracy rate of >85% by collecting 300+ parameters such as engine torque curve and hydraulic pressure pulsation.
