1. Compression system

The compression system is mainly composed of key components such as compression cylinder, push plate, hydraulic system and control system. During the operation, after the garbage is put into the loading bucket, the hydraulic system starts to work, pushing the push plate forward to compress the garbage preliminarily. As the push plate continues to advance, the garbage is gradually compacted and filled into every corner of the loading bucket. When the loading bucket reaches the preset load or compression ratio, the system automatically stops the compression operation and prepares for the transportation of garbage.

2. Efficient compression technology

●. Multi-stage compression design: In order to improve the compression efficiency, the compression system of Isuzu 700P adopts a multi-stage compression design. This means that during the compression process, the garbage will undergo multiple gradual pressurization processes, thereby achieving a higher compression ratio and a tighter loading effect.
