Applications:

This Isuzu insulated boom aerial work truck is based on the Isuzu NPR chassis and adopts a 4X2 drive mode, which is maneuverable and flexible. Equipped with an integrated lifting system, the maximum operating height can reach 21.7 meters, the operating radius is 13 meters, and it can rotate within the range of 90° and 95° on the left and right respectively. The insulation design is excellent, the working bucket has an insulation performance of 20kV/5min, and the internal insulation can reach 50kV/5min. The telescopic arm is made of FRP and steel, supports up to 360° rotation, and improves safety and operational flexibility. The power system is equipped with an ISUZU 4HK1 diesel engine, which meets the Euro VI emission standards, has an output power of 190 horsepower, and can carry 3 passengers at the same time, suitable for a variety of complex aerial work scenarios.

The insulating arm in the aerial work vehicle is usually composed of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and steel, each of which has specific characteristics that make them suitable for high voltage protection.

1. Insulation performance: FRP is a composite material composed of resin and glass fiber. The resin itself is a good insulator with high resistance and can effectively block the current. This aerial work vehicle can be used for voltages ≥35000V.

3. Corrosion resistance: - FRP is resistant to chemical corrosion and is suitable for operations in a variety of severe weather conditions, extending its service life.

4. Structural strength: Steel provides the necessary mechanical strength and stability to ensure the arm's load-bearing capacity and operational stability.

5. Comprehensive characteristics: By combining FRP with steel, the insulating arm not only has excellent insulation performance, but also provides sufficient mechanical strength. The design of two main control handles in the bucket adopts a misoperation prevention mechanism. Only while pressing the handle safety switch, the machine can be operated.
• Independent detection device for separate outriggers
Different outrigger span has different work range, can suitable to various workplaces, such as small spaces, which can carry out unilateral operation.
• Hydraulic safety device
Equipped with various balance valves, hydraulic locks, etc., which can ensure operation safety even if the tubing is broken.
• Interlocked between Upper and Lower
The stabilizers can't be operated when the Upper device has not retracted fully; The Upper can't be operated when the stabilizers has not grounded fully.
• Hydraulic tool interface
There has an interface in the bucket, it provides power for hydraulic tools while working.
• Emergency device
It has a series of emergency safety devices: engine start and turn off, emergency stop, emergency pump, etc.
• Automatic throttle
Switch the throttle automatically according to different actions, and reduce the throttle to the idle state automatically while no moving, reduce the energy consumption effectively.
