——Chassis system: Isuzu GIGA garbage compactor truck, equipped with Isuzu special engine 6UZ1 model, 380 horsepower engine, gearbox (such as Fast 12-speed gearbox) and drive system, supports National V/National VI emission standards. Chassis configuration includes air brake, ABS, original air conditioning, remote control key, to ensure driving stability and convenient operation.
——Garbage compartment: The compartment is made of high-strength materials, high-quality carbon steel such as Q345 manganese steel, and is formed by fully sealed welding. The volume ranges from 4 cubic meters to 20 cubic meters. The compartment design includes an arc structure, a two-way compression push plate, a sewage tank (volume ≥ 200L) and an anti-leakage sealing device to effectively prevent secondary pollution.
——Hydraulic system: It consists of a fuel tank, an oil pump, a multi-way valve, a hydraulic cylinder, a pipeline, etc. The hydraulic pressure is usually set to 16Mpa, and the power is obtained from the engine through the power take-off to drive loading and unloading, compression, lifting and other actions.
