The following are four types of rear flip mechanisms that can be selected for compression garbage trucks, each with its own unique characteristics and applicable scenarios:
1. Bin Lift Flip Mechanism
The mechanism can fix barrels of different specifications through the flip frame and unload by flipping, such as 120L, 240L, 300L, 660L plastic barrels, round iron barrels, etc. When the garbage truck arrives at the collection point, the driver operates the joystick, and the garbage bin lifting and flipping mechanism automatically grabs and lifts the garbage bin, and then flips it, so that the garbage is poured into the compression box in the car. After the flip is completed, the mechanism automatically puts the empty barrel back to its original position. The whole process is fast and efficient. The mechanism is suitable for places such as residential areas and commercial blocks where garbage bins need to be replaced frequently.
2. Swing arm flip mechanism
The swing arm flip mechanism is a more flexible way of loading garbage. It uses a swing arm and hydraulic drive to lift the garbage container or large pieces of garbage from the ground or low platform, and then flip it into the compression box in the vehicle. At present, many garbage stations in many areas still use pit-type swing arm buckets. It is mainly suitable for garbage transfer in remote areas such as sparsely populated areas.
3. Semi-Sealed Flip Hopper
The semi-sealed flip hopper is a design that combines sealing and ease of operation. The front half of the hopper is usually designed to be flippable, and the flipping action is achieved by hydraulic drive to pour the garbage into the compression box. The back half of the hopper remains fixed to form a semi-enclosed space, which helps to reduce the scattering of garbage and the spread of odor during loading. 4. Full Seal Flip Hopper
It completely encloses the garbage loading process, from lifting, flipping to dumping the garbage container, the entire process is carried out in a sealed environment.
