Isuzu 700P 6-ton hook-arm garbage truck is composed of a car chassis, a main oil cylinder for pulling arm, an attached frame, a turning frame, supporting legs (, locking frame, locking cylinder and multi-way reversing valve. One end of the turning frame is connected to the attached frame, and the other end is provided with a movable pulling arm, and a locking system is installed in the middle; one end of the movable arm oil cylinder is connected to the movable arm, and the other end is connected to the attached frame; the locking mechanism can connect the box on the attached frame with the turning frame and the pulling arm as a whole when the box is unloaded through the action of the locking cylinder, and form a self-unloading angle when the main oil cylinder is extended, and the turning frame and the attached frame can also be locked as a whole by retracting the locking cylinder, and the active pulling arm is used to drag the underground garbage box to the attached frame or put it back to the ground from the attached frame by retracting or extending the main oil cylinder.

Operation steps

Before loading garbage on the hook-arm garbage truck, when the no-load operation reaches 6 standard air pressures, hang up the power take-off (lower left of the steering wheel in the cab), check whether there are any leaks or abnormalities in each component, and then operate according to the position indicated by the operation sign;


The specific operation steps are as follows:

Step 1. Push the locking hook operating handle to the retracted position, retract the locking cylinder, retract the locking frame and lock the flip frame with the attached frame;

Step 2. Pull up the arm operating handle to the extended position, extend the arm cylinder, and rotate the movable arm around the front hinge axis of the flip frame. The arm is in the hook box position, and the arm hook height is adjusted appropriately and aligned with the box body hook;


Step 3. When the arm hook is hooked to the box body hook, continue to push the arm operating handle down to the dropped position to allow the garbage box to continue to load the vehicle (Note: Make sure that the longitudinal beam of the garbage box is located between the two rear rollers at the tail of the attached frame);

Step 4. After the garbage bin is dropped onto the vehicle frame, release the arm operating handle to return it to the middle position, then pull up the locking hook operating handle to the locking position, extend the locking cylinder, flip up the locking frame and lock the flip frame and the garbage bin, release the handle to return it to the middle position; complete the loading of the garbage bin, release the power take-off, and the whole vehicle can be transported.

Step 5. Before unloading the garbage, hang up the power take-off when the whole vehicle reaches 6 standard air pressures, open the locking device of the garbage bin rear door, and at the front two-way valve, first make sure that the locking frame locks the garbage bin (pull up the locking hook operating handle to the locking position), then pull up the arm operating handle to the extended position, and the garbage bin is ready to be tilted and lifted to unload the garbage; when the garbage bin is unloading, it is strictly forbidden to stand at the tail of the bin.

Step 6. After the garbage is unloaded, push the arm operating handle to the lowered position, the garbage box falls onto the attached frame, release the power take-off and lock the rear door of the box, the garbage unloading work is completed, and the whole vehicle can be transported.

Step 7. When the whole vehicle reaches 6 standard air pressures, hang up the power take-off, push the locking hook operating handle down to the retracted position, retract the locking cylinder, turn the locking frame down, disengage the locking and fixing of the flip frame from the garbage box and lock it with the attached frame, and release the handle to return it to the middle position:

Step 8. Pull up the arm operating handle to the extended position, the arm cylinder extends, the movable arm rotates around the front hinge shaft of the flip frame, and the garbage bin flips and tilts down with the movable arm; when placing the garbage bin, it is strictly forbidden to stand at the rear of the car.


Step 9. After the garbage bin is placed, adjust the position of the movable arm hook and the bent hook of the bin to unhook them, push the arm operating handle down to the drop position, retract the arm cylinder, rotate the movable arm around the front hinge axis of the flip frame, put the movable arm back on the attached frame, release the power take-off, the garbage bin is placed, and the vehicle can be transported;
